Our Hiring Strategy
• This was a unique project as the hires were entirely global and virtual in nature.
• Functional areas covered included Tech, Marketing, Data, People & Culture, Product, Community, Design, Operations
• Process wise, proposed and successfully implemented internal ATS, using FreshTeam for entire recruitment processes
• Proposed and successfully launched a career page, which was also integrated into the ATS
• Streamlined the end-to-end hiring process and proposed a multi-channel approach to job postings
• Ramped up hiring volumes and conversations as a result, reducing average ‘time to hire’ from 50 days to 30 days and significantly reduced agency spend overall
