Our Solution

• In support of this, redirected and streamlined all candidate applications via an ATS (Greenhouse) and structured and organized all hiring data accordingly.
• Hired and worked closely with the new HRBP to generate requirements and reduce time to hire.
• Entrusted to lead culture Interviews for all roles also as part of the internal process.
• This is a particularly strong partnership, which is ongoing with a team of 3 Kinetik staff on-site.

• Supporting both candidate sourcing and TA operations to ensure the smooth running of the function.
• Identified 20 very niche hires across both Malaysia & Estonia.
• These have been within Marketing, Technology, Data, Product, and HR predominantly.
• A key focus has been process improvement to reduce time to hire.

• Worked very closely with the in-house TA team to streamline the hiring process and improve time to hire and conversion rates.
• This included a refinement of the candidate engagement process and peer to peer engagement towards the end of the hiring process to enable prospect candidates to understand their working culture at the local team level.

• 25 hires across this period.
• Delivered to very niche, highly competitive functional areas, such as full-stack engineering including Node JS, devops and QA
• These adjustments in process supported 100% increase in candidate attraction rates.

• This was a unique project as the hires were entirely global and virtual in nature.
• Functional areas covered included Tech, Marketing, Data, People & Culture, Product, Community, Design, Operations
• Process wise, proposed and successfully implemented internal ATS, using FreshTeam for entire recruitment processes
• Proposed and successfully launched a career page, which was also integrated into the ATS
• Streamlined the end-to-end hiring process and proposed a multi-channel approach to job postings
• Ramped up hiring volumes and conversations as a result, reducing average ‘time to hire’ from 50 days to 30 days and significantly reduced agency spend overall

• Key strategic hires included a new Head of Marketing, Product Design Lead, HR Manager, SEO Lead and Community Manager.
• Capability wise, successfully set up a new global community team by hiring multiple executives in this area.
• Hired several heads into motion, visual and illustration and set up the entire design team.
• Hired a Product Design Lead and several product designers.
